Wedding Stationery Terms
 
1 Commencement of order.

Work on each order will start when the completed and signed order form has been received and the agreed deposit or full payment has been cleared into our account. 

2 Completion of order

An order will be considered to be complete when the balance of payment, where applicable, is received and cleared into our account, and the order has either been collected by hand or posted as applicable. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage to goods whilst in transit after collection or after posting. 

3 Cancellation

Any requests to cancel an order must be received in writing, and cannot be accepted by telephone.

If an order is cancelled, then any work that has been carried out as per your request must be paid for.

If the order is cancelled within 4 weeks of the agreed delivery date, then the outstanding balance must be paid in full. 

4 Personal details.

You will ensure that all text that has been requested by you, including, but not limited to, names of the bride and groom, invitees and special messages will be accurate and as you intend. We will not be responsible for proof reading. You will be requested to formally approve proofs before the order is processed and we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the proofs have been approved. 

5 Copyright Permissions

We will not be held responsible for any copyright permissions required for any hymns, other pieces of music, writings or images requested as part of each order. It is your responsibility to ensure such permission is requested from the copyright owner where necessary and we will proceed on the basis that this permission has been received unless told otherwise. 

6 Quality of Materials

We will endeavour to ensure that the materials used in each order are of the highest quality. However we will not be responsible for any natural degradation or change in the qualities of any of the materials used between the date the order is placed and the delivery date, where that degradation is something that would normally be expected in relation to each material. 

7 Completion Date

We reserve the right to extend the completion date for an order if queries arise or alterations are requested after the order is placed. 

8 Product Offering

We reserve the right to introduce new product types, new ranges, or alterations to existing product types or ranges at any time and without prior notice. Existing orders will continue to be honoured even if the particular product/range has been withdrawn or altered since the order was placed. 

9 Prices

We reserve the right to alter the prices for existing products or ranges at any time and without prior notice. This will not affect orders being processed at the time where a deposit has been paid.

10 Despatch of orders.

Orders to be sent by post will be sent by second class ordinary post. If you request different delivery options, such as recorded delivery, courier or parcel post, you fill meet the cost of these.
