All designs published on our website or in any other medium are the copyright of Annelise Oughton Cards. It is an infringement of copyright to copy any of these designs in full or in part.

2 Quality Standards

All items are individually handmade, and therefore there may be slight variations to each card or item, which will not affect the overall look of the item.

3 Delivery

As all our items are handmade to order, please allow up to 28 days for your order to be despatched, although in most cases it will be sooner. Orders are despatched by Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

4 Returns

If you wish to return any items, we will provide you with a full refund of the product price only, provided that it is returned to us no more than 5 days after receipt. Items must be returned unopened in the original packaging. We regret we cannot provide a refund for individually bespoke items.

5 Availability, Descriptions and Pricing

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend items placed on this website, or to introduce new items for sale, at any time.

All images and descriptions of items are intended to be used only as a guide, and can be updated or changed at any time.

We reserve the right to alter the price of items at any time without prior notice.

6 Method of Payment

We accept payments by credit or debit card via PayPal. 

If you wish to pay by cheque please add your selected items to your basket, print a copy of the page showing your final basket and post this to us with a cheque payable to A Oughton.

We do not accept payments in cash.

7 Safety

Certain products contain small objects which if detached may be harmful if swallowed. We cannot take any responsibility for any injury resulting from any such incidents arising.
